WHERE IS TYLER BARBER AT?!
Please bring Robert Ashley back into the fold, that was podcast gold
Tyler Barber FTW.You guys make the night shift a joy with your podcast.
Awesome. Can’t wait to listen to the show. Ohh, and a Killzone 2 background?? Fukin fanboys!
I think the ranking system in KZ2 is way too short. It took me like 6 months to get max rank in Battlefield 2142, and I got max rank in Killzone 2 in like 3 days. I also already got the trophy for being in the top 10% of players for the week, and that was while going to classes 3 days a week.
Oh also, are you guys gonna play KZ2 with fans at anytime?
w00t, in time for the commute! My day just started right!
Good podcast again. I really like getting the listeners involved with the main discussions. You should definately continue and expand on that.
Also, New segment. Anthony’s Total War: Story’s of oppression and exploitation.
I’d get a blue tooth headset, but I just really, really fuckin’ hate the environment.
Got the podcast just in time for the gym before work, really enjoyed it. The Viva Pinata stuff was golden.
I think you may have misunderstood my comment (I was #20 or so in the pre-post). I was only referring to the act of buying a used game. Trading-in for credit is a different thing. That credit can, as you said, be used toward a new game. Buying a used game never helps.
Listening to the podcast now, but if you guys haven’t figured it out yet, pairing a bluetooth headset is pretty easy. Just go to settings > accessory settings > manage bluetooth devices > then you should have an option to add a new bluetooth device. You should then likely hold the button on your bluetooth headset to setup the pairing (however you do it for your cell phone). The code is usually 0000 for most headsets. Then if you want to mess with the input volume you go to accessory settings > audio device settings. The first option there should be off, 1, 2, 3, etc. I usually leave mine on 1 but it depends on your headset.
Or you can just plugin an old Socom USB headset and forget all this.
Sounds like a snap.
Hey, I can thread a reply! Fancy.
Ninja Turtles piece was the best!
I wanna join the Killzone 2 clan!
Gringo234 it’s my PSN.
Killzone.com site is down right now so I can’t look up the clan.
wow, why is Anthony all over Arthur’s ass this week? seems like Chuf was chewing out all his opinions…lol.
Arthur, Halo Wars on Heroic is pretty hard. i started playing it this week on Heroic but it’s getting mad hard so I might dial it down and beat it for the story on Normal and jump back into Heroic for the achievements.
btw Phil, i’m already in your friends list on PSN and I wanna join the KZ2 clan so don’t delete me! my PSN is xLiKx.
Anyone have correct spelling on Phils PSN tag? kefkaterran isnt flying.
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080907152022AA7dpT7
So that means I was right. Right?
I’d love to join too…my PSN is StrathconaFC.
Anxious to get some Killzone2 action!
@Sokkratez
Trading a used game adds to the supply of used games which means that down the track somebody will have the option of buying that game used or new. If nobody traded games in there would be only new games on the shelf. So trading games does add to the problem, assuming that we are talk about regular retailers and not straight trades with friends.
I don’t actually care about the used games, market and wouldn’t hold it against anybody who picked up a used copy of anything. But my point is that if you believe that buying used games hurts the industry, then logically so does trading them in.
James
Woot a favicon!!!
Arthur, Maybe the reason your not enjoying COD5 is because you were playing it on hardened. it has been a staple of the COD series to just be grenade spamming on anything higher then Normal. Also try going and playing the airplane level on COD4 or the sniper escape level. those are the cheapest missions ever compared to COD5, which had maybe one cheap spot and I beat both on Veteran. I guess I’m just saying don’t hate on a game because its hard. Keep up the good work on the podcast!
I played through COD2 and COD4 on hardened and then veteran, and enjoyed both immensely that way. Infinity Ward’s level design and engine work is just better (and yes, they use the same engine, but their usage of collision tracking et al is better).
I finished COD4 on Veteran, and COD:WaW on normal. It seemed like anytime I tried to stop and clear out some people there were two grenades flying my way. Luckily on normal though I didn’t hardly die but if the grenade spamming is even worse on the later levels then I don’t even want to try.
Nice call on the dlc multiplayer Resident Evil 5, it’s “only” 5 dollars but It really should have just been in the 60 dollar retail…
How do you spell the clan name?
I haven’t finished the podcast yet, but I thought I’d drop in and mention that I went and bought The Cycle CD within a half hour of the interlude. I have a feeling this podcast will get me to buy a lot of music I otherwise wouldn’t have heard of. Keep up the good work, guys!
The energy in this podcast seems to be low, but it had some funny parts. Anthony you should make a fake, but disturbing bio in your gamertag like mine, aplusjimages.
I remember on the regualr x-box a game called iron phoenix was put put that was pretty much only multiplayer except the tutorial. I thought the concept was kool of having a large arena and 8 people engage in action/fighting combat, but this game did not do well at all. But i think if they do just a mulitplayer game of a more popular genre it might be able to work. Left4Dead is pretty much that, and as fun as it is I doubt I would own if I hadnt gotten it on a black friday deal. This will most definetley be an interesting year in games.
I am really starting like the podcasts. It is quickly becoming my favorite. Things I love:
1. THE CAT IS AWESOME!! Must have more cat
2. I love the slight tension between Anthony and Arthur especially during Viva Pinata segment.
3. I would like to play in your clan on KZ2. My PSN id is Plat4rmr.
Thanks
I am so tired of the used games are evil discussion. You guys DO realize that if people had to pay $60 for a game, that they might not like, and could NOT sell if they didn’t like it, that they would buy MUCH fewer games. You ALSO must realize that many people sell their games when they are done with them and BUY more games with the money. The used market is VERY…VERY…VERY good for the games industry.
Imagine if when you bought a house the builder told you could never sell it. NOBODY would buy a house. You would do significant harm to the gaming industry if you killed the used games market.
I buy new games, used games, and also trade games. It’s probably 50% new, 30% used, and 20% goozex. If I had to buy a game and KEEP it forever, even if I didn’t like it, or if I lost my job and needed extra cash, there is NO WAY I would buy half as many games as I do right now. No way. It’d be over for me and gaming in a pretty serious way.
$60 or $40 or $30 isn’t chump change to most people. This isn’t a $10 downloadable game, or downloadable album. This is $60 we’re talking here, and I’m telling you, there are a shit ton of people who would never pay $60 the vast majority of their games if they could not keep them. I bought over 20 games at full price last year. If I had to pay full price and not have the ability to sell them if I liked them, I would have only bought Gears 2, Little Big Planet, WoW LK, and MGS4. That’s it. I would hold out until they hit $20 for the rest of the games I bought. Of the games that I paid full price for, the only ones I sold were Burnout Paradise (which I just repurchased at retail for $20), and GTA4 for PS3 (because I picked up a used copy of the 360 version to play lost and damned). I kept all of them outside of that.
You would so significantly change people’s buying habits with regard to games by destroying the used market.
Also, what about the exposure that games get due to the resale market. Some people buy a game used, and then become a fan and buy the next game in the series at full price when the next game is released. Any time you can get someone to try your game, even if it’s on the used market, that is a victory for the developer. Instead of whining about it, they ought to try to give people a reason NOT to sell their games (DLC etc) and spend less time scheming about how to close GameStop and put hundreds of thousands of people out of their jobs in the process (from delivery drivers to gamestop employees and on down the line).
A robust market of new and used games, where freedom and free choice is respected will lead to the best market for the game companies. The more people that can get involved in gaming and afford games, and play games, the more life long users and purchasers they can look forward to selling to. To kill the used market would be an abomination, a destruction of rights, a destruction of value, and a loss for us all.
I got to your house analogy and decided to stop reading. The game industry is not the house market. The metaphor falls apart before you go anywhere with it. I’m sorry, but the housing market isn’t a fledgling industry that is strongly effected by value being turned from developers to retailers. Same applies to anyone saying that people also sell used cars. The comparison just isn’t there.
So should I only buy new dvds?
Games and movies are both entertainment, meaning a full priced purchase may not actually be worth the full price. Should I hold onto that piece of entertainment, that gave me little to no entertainment, for the rest of my life?
That would mean that after the purchase of dvd, game, car, house, it no longer has Value, which is not how the free market works. thedude’s comparison is completely valid.
Was thinking the same thing in my head earlier today, thedude. Thanks for sharing!
Arthur, Micro is managing of the small things, like turning a tank or getting your guys to cover or ordering them to throw a grenade. Tactical things. Micro = small, as in Microscope.
Macro is the big picture , more strategy less tactics:
Moving lots of units , your overall strategy , build orders etc.
Company of heroes= Micro heavy
Starcraft = Macro
I just had to get it out of my system.
More info on RTS words and tactics on Gamereplays.org.
//Niklas
GR.org taught me everything I know
Maybe it’s just me, but every time Tyler speaks, I have to quickly remind myself that it’s a dude. I think he has a bit of a woman’s voice.
Sounded like a dude to me, so I think it’s just you.
Sounds like a dude to me too.
I made the mistake of looking up “Pegging”. I hate you Arthur, I will never play Peggle!
I see Arthur’s reverse psychology has worked on you too- damn him!
When Philip was mentioning how he was trying to avoid EA games once, I feel that spoke to the way I feel about Activision.
Milking their franchises has lowered my interest level for them. I no longer have any enthusiasm for CoD and GH when they used to be some of the games I loved the most. I avoided World at War and World Tour, and GH: Metallica is probably the only Activision title I’ll pick up this year. (…though I will buy two games Activision dropped - Riddick and Brutal Legend - as soon as they’re out)
Still listening to the episode, but I completely agree with Arthur. COD5 was unbearable. Cheap monster closets, “hard” difficulty only made by grenades flying at you constantly (half the time not showing up on grenade indicator), etc. I tried to make it through the campaign for zombie mode as the patch wasn’t out yet when I had the game, but it’s gone now. I can take hard difficulty if the enemies feel smart (like in veteran in Killzone 2), but if it’s just cheap then I can’t take that.
I was just too frustrated with it, and when I get frustrated with something, I never go back to it.
yes, more cats!
I would really like to be a part of this clan. I do not have many friends with a PS3 and have rarly gone online with my PS3. I have a Headset and I am willing to use a 360 part chat if need be.
PSN name MarkHawk
How do you spell the name of the clan though?
I have tried every type of spelling for the clan and nothing came up on Killzone.com.
Can you guys make a post for the Killzone 2 clan?
I agree, I’d love to join the clan but I can’t find Ephemeral Fantasia on Killzone.com. Also what were your PSN IDs?
I’m totally down to be in the clan.
PSN name Bobafeet
I love the Ninja Turtle talk.
“We need to have some Ninja turtle watching parties”
“I’m telling you, we just need to watch for sexual overtones from Raphael all the time, from his frustration”.
I was almost rolling on the floor giggling like a little girl.
You’re damn cat is becoming a meme…
I swear, if I don’t hear that thing mew every week I won’t think its your podcast.
I’ve love to join the clan btw.
PSN: Animateria
Lol at you guys saying it’s hard to unlock stuff in killzone 2, all the matches I play everyone has it all unlocked.
Anyway though, please let me be in your clan, I am not sure how to spell it. I sent chufmoney a PSN request, my ID is thebadnews.
About voice acting in games,i am surprised that more companies haven’t went after professional voice actors. Notoriously voice acting doesn’t pay extremely well, and companies may want to start looking at people like Maurice LaMarche or Billy West to do voice work in games, over “real” celebrities.
I want to join the Rebel FM clan. My PSN name is Ped_Doc. Can’t wait to play with you guys!
WHERE IS TYLER BARBER AT?
Awesome! You guys read my email about writing guides. Thanks for the great response. Keep up the good work! I guess writing a guide with user-generated input would be a lot different, I hadn’t thought about that. Thanks again.
also here is how to spell ‘ephemeral fantasia’
OK. Anthony’s talk about Ninja Turtles had me cracking the fuck up. I agree mostly with Arthur regarding World at War. World at War makes me wish I had never played CoD4, because I think I could have enjoyed it were that the case. Philip is still the man even though he forgets to give my podcast a shout. Everyone seemed to be in good spirits, the pacing was nice, I give it an A-.
I’ll put it bluntly: you guys need to stop being pussies. You’re not being racist, you’re just joking around, and we (your audience) realize it. So stop apologizing and keep being funny.
Did you read the comments on the last show? You give people too much credit:)
Also down for some Kz2 clan action though getting my bluetooth headset is proving tough.
PSN Wallofbricks
Arthur was my voice in this one. Something tells me that compared to Phillip and Anthony, he’s actually had to pay for his games now and then.
(A note to knee-jerkers, Philip and Anthony have obviously payed for games, but there’s a difference between choosing to and having to).
Tyler Barber, represent! Great addition.
I’m up to join the ephemeral fantasia clan. My PSN ID is: GamerPaul
I already unlocked the secondary ability of the Medic and I’m working on the Engineers secondary ability. It doesn’t look like you can request to join a clan unless they send you an invite.
“There’s no merch movement behind Dead Space” -Arthur, 102:30 or so
You picked a really bad example, considering the existence of the Dead Space comic book and animated movie tie-in.
This is funny, because i sat through that movie (which was… well, not as good as the game, for sure). While this isn’t quite what i was talking about (since it’s a retail product like the game, not so much like band merch), you’re right on this one.
Read the graphic novel instead of watching the animated movie- much creepier. Not sure cartoons are a great medium for things that are supposed to be scary.
Frankly, I don’t care if developers don’t get money from used copies. They aren’t SUPPOSED to. If you sell me any object, and I sell it to someone else, you don’t get jack. Surprise! Welcome to capitalism. I do buy 90-95% of my games new, but I feel no guilt about buying a game used if it’s a good bargain compared to the new copy. And neither should anyone else.
1st off, being able to reply to posts rules - GJ Arthur!
2nd off, thanks for reading my comment out about patches being hit by the gaming recession. I am with Anthony on Relic being excellent at patch support, perhaps my Tales of Valor example was not the best. I should have cited the 1.2 Patch for DoW: Dark Crusade (expansion pack 2 for the original dawn or war). It left the multiplayer pretty imbalanced (come to think of it necrons are a bit like brits), and was never fixed, the 1.3 patch effectively being the next expansion, SoulStorm. I remember before I played CoH, hearing about how great Relic were at patching it, while listening to the rabid fanboys bemoan the lack of DoW patching on relicnews.com. I switched to CoH (and GR.org) and never looked back. So I guess what I am saying is while Relic’s Patching of CoH has been excellent to date, I could not say the same of DoW 1. I guess it is a moot point though, as Ant said, Relic will continue to patch CoH because it is essential to the multiplayer, and that is a fact of life. One I can rejoice about =)
Great show guys, really enjoyed it. Need to get in on this killzone 2 thing as well…
Another great show, it is easily the best game talk show. you can really tell that u all no your stuff. Your show helps me get through my 3am shifts I have turned all the other gamers at my job on to your show well any way thanks for the great show
I would like to join your clan I have zero friends on PSN my tag is miketrauma
cool thanks michael
FYI there is a Squad feature in COD: WaW but no one I know uses it, or even is sure what it does.
AHHH Arthur, Chakan: The Forever Man!!! I still have a copy of that game for the Genesis stored away. Spent much time mix matching different potions but never actually beat the game. It would be pretty sweet if an updated HD version was made available as downloadable game.
Cha-ching.
I’m not sure I like the threaded comments. Checking all the comments that were posted since my last visit was so much easier the old way. I know they both have their pros and cons, but that’s my take.
This show is Racist and It’s called “Rebel” fm. Two hours of racist ramble, ramble FM. I’m unsubscribing and staying with 1UP aka ListenUP.
I can pull 3 shoppers(gamers) from Gamestop and produce the same show. RambleFM, your show sucks.
You fat Linda.
You’re funny!
This episode wasn’t the greatest, but stick with it.
For me what ruined this one was all the tension between arthur and the others… I really just disagreed with everything Arthur said, and so did the others.
Hook me up with a clan invite for Killzone, please! PSN is Gemst, we will make the number one clan in Killzone be the one with the gayest name, or just one of an odd PS2 RPG.
At what point do we stop talking about the used game issue? Why is it such a big deal in the games industry? It’s the EXACT same issue in any other physical goods industry.
If someone wants to buy something they own, they are entitled. Everyone needs to just stop discussing this issue because it isn’t going to go away, and developers/publishers will NEVER get anything from used games. It’s really that simple.
If someone buys a used copy of a game, but later buys DLC for that game online, the developer/publisher does make money from the used copy, albeit in an indirect way. The moral of the story: game-makers need to be pumping out way more compelling DLC.
Listening now. It kind of irritates me when I listen to a game podcast nowadays and they talk about not needing multiplayer in some games (The Darkness comes up frequently). Reviews from sites like the one you guys used to work for pushed multiplayer to be almost mandatory in every game. Folks will say that they don’t hear reviewers push multiplayer as much anymore but that’s because pretty much every game under the sun includes it. The new fad is to push for Co-op in everything and denigrating the games that don’t include it.
Seriously I wouldn’t be surprised to see a review for Solitaire on PS3/360 and find complaints of “Why wasn’t co-op included?!”
I think you’re blowing things out of proportion. I didn’t see a single review referencing a necessary co-op component when I read Portal, BioShock, or Metal Gear Solid 4. Not everything needs multiplayer, and not every reviewer demands it. If it’s a lacking package, it’s understandable. But a lot of the time reviewers aren’t going to knock a game or lower their score because there wan’t any co-op. Likewise, games like Phantasy Star Portable DO have it, and it’s kind of broken. So you’ve got it both ways. But it isn’t always a concern.
Cool, but too gamey!
Love the show. Want to be part of the Killzone 2 clan. Kin9Schmoo is the PSN look me up. That goes for anyone. I need friends on the list that actually play. My friends suck.
arthur, you don’t know what micro is. stop it
Wrong. I don’t know what MACRO is. This has been covered. I stick to my point that Starcraft is a much more micro intense game than COH, and SC2 will likely be similarly focused.
well, I agree with that (SC being more micro intense), and yeah I’d say you just got confused with macro. I made that first comment at work and had to be brief.
I think the level of micro in COH is pretty equivalent to Warcraft 3, and then DoW2 is like babby’s first RTS and is roughly equivalent to Warcraft 3 without any macro at all.
Can’t seem to spell your psn name right yet. If you could put it in the show notes or just add me would be awesome. psn: Chiefilliniwek
Send a clan invite my way, PSN= panzerfaust14
Fast unlockables in multiplayer games is a good thing.
The unlockable system should only be used as a pacing mechanism. To prevent new players being overwhelmed and to ensure they are introduced to features that could overwise be overlooked.
It should not be there simply to string players along to keep them playing longer than they normally would want to.
Hey hey, I’d love to join the clan on Killzone2 to play with normal(ish?) people, but can’t get your name right
PSN = CrimsonFennec
I’d like to join the clan as well
PSN: Moussi
Great podcast.
Arthur could you change the killzone image on the website it looks ok but its really slowing down the website.
It actually isn’t the killzone image that’s slowing the page down; it’s scripts from google and twitter that are doing that. and occasionally digg. this is the problem with reliance on other sites on a webpage.
viva pinata + anthony = gold
Agreed
Another great show lost count how many times i burst out laughing which kinda got embarrassing when i realised everybody in the gym was looking at me.
Most laugh out loud bit for me was the Pokemon sex talk.
Also you need to add the cats name to the cast list as she’s been in every episode now and imo makes a credible contribution ;0).
Keeps up the good work.
I very rarely buy games, I rent them from Gamefly. That makes me part of the used game scene, right? I agree with most people, used games definitely enable me to play way more games then I would if I had to buy everything, and you can’t stop people from buying and selling used game discs, DVDs, and CDs. That is, until you get rid of them all together! And that is what will eventually happen in favor of digital distribution. I only hope that when the physical costs of making, storing, and distributing discs goes away, that the prices that we will all HAVE to pay will be significantly lower. Thank goodness for demos.
Thanks for the music links! Very most helpfulnesses.
Thank you, Anthony, for mentioning something the internets have shouted my down on in many a forum over the last couple of years. IMO multiplayer games, in general, require being online to get the most out of. So why do all games with a multiplayer component release it on the retail copy? If publishers could dedicate most, if not all, prerelease attention on the single player campaign they could potentially release a more solid experience at a slightly lower cost. Then at some point after release, they could focus almost solely on creating compelling multiplayer, and sell it directly to those who want it (i.e. not me, in most cases).
Dear God, less eating on mic POR FAVOR!!
Hey, this is Kole, from the last letter. Thanks for reading it on the air. Your information was really helpful. I’m getting some new business cards printed up, and putting together a new up-to-date portfolio.
You’ll have to let us know if you’ll be at GDC this year, I’ll definitely keep an eye out if you are.
And to answer your question: I am paying for it myself, but student registration costs far, far less than $2000.
[...] To hear the show, just click this text. My letter is the last thing they talk about, but definitely listen to the entire thing. [...]
Amazing clan name Id love to be a part of it.
PSN: Smiling_Goomba
Can’t find the KillZone clan or Philip’s PSN name. Can we have more details please?
The worst part about CoD5 is that it took two 5 hour co-op sessions to find out that you couldn’t save your game in co-op mode. At first we thought we forgot to save, and the second time we finally realized that we just couldn’t save. From then on the game left a bad taste in my mouth. It was a wannabe CoD4, and hell, it was a wannabe CoD2, just not as good as either.
The fucking racist mexican (midget) is wrong about what the definition of micro/micro-managing is ?.
Ignore the question mark ^^
Not a fan of the new twitter widgets on the site. It’s difficult to scroll comfortably between tweets, whereas the up and down arrows in the previous widget moved directly between tweets.
Hey, at 1:57:10 you mention being able to screen cap using Microsoft Software through the ethernet on the Xbox360. How much does this cost? And how can people get their hands on it?
I’d love more information on this. Feel free to respond to this post, email me, or answer it on the podcast.
Cheers!
I too would like to know more about this.
Anthony responded to my twitter. Debug Xboxes only.
I want to Join the clan. Im use to using my Xbox live name and gave you guys the wrong name. My PlayStation id is: Mark_Hawk
Hope you guys are still accepting members.
Great show, and I’d love to be part of the clan,my PSN is: troidy
Why isn’t Anthony on the GFW reunion show?! This is a must. I like those other guys too, but it isn’t really a reunion without Chuf!
Listening to the podcast, there was a mistake with the relationship between EA and Valve. EA didn’t publish Left 4 Dead and Valve isn’t an EA partner. The only relationship the two companies have is that EA handles the *distribution* of Valve’s games at retail and Valve has EA’s games on Steam. EA gets the dvds pressed, the boxes made, and ships them to stores. Valve puts EA games up for sale on Steam and takes a share for doing so. EA has no say in what Valve makes or how they make it.
Great podcast, hope it can keep going. It’s also great to hear someone talking about games who acknowledges that they cost money. Other podcasts brush off price as if it doesn’t matter to gamers, maybe because the people on those podcasts get review copies or can borrow them from the company library.
Nitpicking: Valve _is_ part of the EA Partners, but EA _is_ just a distributor. As far as I can tell, EA Partners the only group at EA that works with external companies (whether it’s publishing or distribution). Also, EA’s use of Steam came a year after Orange Box.
In this gamasutra interview with Gabe, he talks about working with EAP.
http://www.gamasutra.com/php-bin/news_index.php?story=19695
I find it really funny that if you search for EA Partners, you get a lot of interviews of developers who work with EAP saying things like, “EA? You’ve got to be kidding me!”
RE: Used games
I like to support creative people - they make the world a more interesting place - but I bought my PS2 in 2005. Where the holy fuck was I supposed to buy a new copy of Rez? MGS2? ICO? Not every gamer buys new tech and software within 6 months of release - some of us are on a budget and have mortgages to pay, and don’t have the games industry supplying us with free stuff. I don’t think some of you guys have realised how many dollars’ worth of games you have been payed to play. Why not do the calculation, and work out how much less money you would have now if you had to buy every game you reviewed last year?
I do buy new games if it’s something I’m really into, but the used game market is sometimes the only place to catch up on all the good stuff I missed out on, and a good way to try out the games I’m not sure about - you can’t rely on Blockbuster to stock everything ever released, surely?
Wanna join the KZ2 clan also. Scorpy2643 is the PSN ID. I just started playing today, trying to get rolling. I’ll join anyone in the community here for a game or 5.
I don’t understand the Chufmoney’s negative aura on this episode. But it seems like he has been in this attitude before with the podcast that had Tina and Alice on at the same time. Although I would understand why that could be frustrating!
It’s wasteful to buy new when you could buy used … I wouldn’t want people to fill more landfills just because some whiny developer thinks they’re entitled to sell more copies of a game than the world actually needs.
I recently haven’t had much gametime but I had no problem whatsoever beating the last level of killzone 2. How hard is it? You kill every Helghast on the screen.
Nice podcast i enjoyed listening, and i’d love to be in the clan. My PSN is R3D8B7U3
The episode was great. I wish I had a friend like Anthony who was all about progress in Viva Pinata. I want to be good at that game but am doomed to a life of Worms.
Penachu Pokemon was freaking hilarious.
I just finished listening to the latest episode and as usual, you guys never disappoint.
I enjoyed the smaller, more condensed topic segments and the humourous anecdotes where stellar as always.
Rebel FM is a profound conerstone of my podcast week and keep up the good work guys.
Very nice episode this week!
Just wanna say Anthony that the GFW reunion is pointless without you and I just keep on wondering who the fuck came to that conclusion. Keep your head up and keep doing good and you will eventually be rewarded.
Would be sweet to get your opinion on Empire: Total War as well. Reckon you would love it, you can really be as powerhungry as possible. The AI is slightly retarded and quite passive, and even though the game feels very solid it is kinda riddled with bugs. Still, although flawed, a great game that will be even better with time.
