We’re back, though it’s an episode underlined by a goodbye as we talk about Halo 4′s second half of season 1 of spartan ops, Dead Space 3, and more.

Thanks for the episode and good luck Tyler – I’ve always enjoyed you on the show, best of luck in the future.
Now for the bitching – the classic definition of magical realism is that it’s fantasy written in Spanish. It is not Harry Dresden or Anita Black – those are urban fantasy and/or paranormal romance. Magical realism would be more like the kid’s book Tuck Everlasting or something. There would be magic, but no wizards, there might be ghosts, but there wouldn’t be vampires.
/nerd rant
And so the end of an era.
Still one of my favorite Tyler moments was when he talked about all his murderous exploits in Blood Money.
I let out a big Arthur-sized sighhhhhh during the oh so lame 2-ish minutes of jrpg talk. This is obviously the wrong crowd, but comeeee onnnnn… It really never gets less annoying. PS: Take care Tyler and good luck.
Farewell Tyler. I’ll miss you, your gaming stories and your contributions to non-gaming discussions. Hope you find fortune wherever you go next! The song choice at the end was very appropriate.
Oh and Arthur, thanks for getting me pumped for Dead Space 3. Not that I was a subscriber to the over-reactive hate-train that has been building up for that game (not really a surprise, I know) but I couldn’t really get that exited for it until you and Mitch started talking about it.
Just FYI. Kentucky Route Zero was an early Kickstarter (pre Double Fine)
Farewell Tyler! Hopefully you’ll have to time make an occasional guest appearance. Now on to games: I was comforted after hearing the Dead Space 3 talk. I’m on a media blackout and have been since last Summer, but I think the status of DS3 has gone from “cautiously optimistic” to just “optimistic”. I might even preorder it now, who knows.
How will the rest of the gang ever give due credit to games like Kerbal Space Program and DayZ? I always appreciated your contribution Tyler. Best of luck with marriage and life.
Hello Tyler, i´m sad that you grow up
and leave Rebel FM. I wish you all the best for the future.
Greetings from Germany!
